A naturally fermented wine made from Riesling and Muscat from the Lake George vineyard. A fun, fruity and dry wine with a distinct Turkish delight aroma.

Let’s talk about this adorable label! Carla’s 16 year old daughter, Erin, is a very talented artist and their family’s love of animals was the inspiration for the label - here we introduce you to Pet the Dog and Nat the Cat.

Food matches: all of the cheese and charcuterie boards, and maybe some summer salads, but drink it mostly with friends and sunshine.

Production: 20 Dozen

Vinification: A blend of Riesling (80%) and Muscat (20%) hand picked off the Lake George Vineyard.. The Muscat grapes are destemmed and crushed into a stainless steel tank and topped with Riesling juice. The ferment starts naturally and the skins are mixed 2 times a day until nearly dry. It is  pressed off skins and settled then bottled with a crown seal and finishes ferment in bottle
